Cooler Care
We go to extreme lengths to ensure our coolers are the cleanest and best maintained in the market. Every 3 months we replace all our coolers on your site, taking the exchanged coolers to be meticulously checked, serviced and sanitised in our purpose-built clean room. This service involves thorough external cleaning and internal disinfection of all the components that come into contact with the water via a patented non-chemical disinfection process.

Deliveries
You won’t run out of water. We operate a mixed fleet of vehicles in order to cope with the varied rquirements of a delivery service - trucks for regular scheduled deliveries and vans for urgent orders.
Each of our vehicles contains a tracking device - this enables us to re-route vehicles at short notice and can often be used to let our customers know when their urgent order will be with them.

Customer Care
We only employ helpful, locally-based telephone/customer care operators. Your call will be personally answered by one of our customer care staff - not a frustrating automated service. These operators are fully trained and have in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
In the event they cannot answer your question, they will take your number and get the relevant person to call you with the answer you need.
